Our inner knowing, our breath, our gut, and inner observation. This workshop is a tool to rediscover the creative part of ourselves,and reawaken it, igniting its potential.

( a misunderstood word) It simply means “ breath”.
When we breathe we are inspired, (air that is breathed in), when we breathe we inhale energy, when we put these together, we are working with inspired energy.” Spirit “ divine inspiration. Such as a poet or artist who is inspired to be moved in such a way to create.

Join me in opening your intuitive self for greater expression, to utilize and strengthen psychic abilities or to just have fun. This is an introductory workshop where we will explore breathing techniques that will clear our energy centers as well as exercises in trusting our psychic abilities.
