Workshop info:
Chakras and Lotuses are terms referring to the 7 basic energy centers within each of us, located within our subtle body. This subtle body is made up of the “spiritual” parts of ourselves and experienced as thoughts and feelings.
These centers are gateways between various dimensions – such as our physical bodies. This interaction plays upon our activities in our world and governs our interactions with others. Whatever our emotional experiences are, affects our body in certain ways. And is usually a carry over from childhood; buried in the chakra influencing our behavior.
To work with the chakras is to work toward healing old constricting patterns. For ex: A constricted fifth chakra results in tight shoulders or a sore throat.
A poor connection through the first chakra can show up as poor self-esteem or bad knees.
This workshop consists of revealing emotions in each chakra through a unique method of guided meditation and channeling our energy through our hands on to specific paper with soft pastel chalks. This is followed by another guided healing meditation for clearing and releasing any stuck energy within the chakra and channeling onto paper again.
A final group sound and vibration meditation will initiate clearing of all of the chakras while raising our vibration.
